I got this orchid recently and one of the leaves is turning yellow. Could this be because of too much sun? It only gets morning and noon sun from the skylight. The other two leaves are still green. What am I doing wrong? Any advice?? Sorry, this is not a phal.

I touched the medium and it is indeed still moist/wet. I watered it on Thursday. When I received the plant, that leave already was a little yellow to begin with. Here are the pictures of the plant, leave and medium.
